My kids love it, it looks fantastic and was extremely affordable. Definitely a great deal and made me look like Superdad putting it up with my six-year-old daughter.

i priced similar products at the big box stores and prices ranged from 140$ to 400$. very easy to install, i did change the pipe from wall with a S shaped pipe for more height, so now it truly is like rainfall shower, and the hand held with 6 ft hose is great to use to give our dog a bath. half the cost of other brands and no more trips to the dog groomer. all around great product.

I would contact the seller directly, but I don't see how to do this.The showerhead I received looks very nice and installed very easily. As I was installing, I noticed the shower bar seemed a bit flimsy (lots of this is plastic), but most of the important fittings were metal so I continued.I got it installed with no leaks at any of the connections, but I discovered that there is a leak at the diverter in the flimsy shower bar. Whether I use one of the showerheads or two, it drips pretty badly either because it is broken or has a bad seal.Additionally, the bracket that holds the handheld showerhead is very poorly designed. It slides up and down just fine and stays in place (other reviews mentioned this wears out tho). But the rotating side that is supposed to allow you to adjust the angle of the showerhead is so weak that the weight of the showerhead causes it to turn, thus dumping the showerhead on the floor! Only if you keep the handheld showerhead in a 100% vertical position such that there is no weight being applied to the "ratcheting" device will it stay put.If the seller has instructions for how to fix any of this issues (unscrew this, tighten that), I'd be happy to do so. But at this point it looks like I'm going to be returning this item if I do not hear from them in response to this review.

The suction cup does NOT hold to the white circular disk that’s provided. And the part that’s supposed to turn and click the suction in place does not work.This causes the bar to swing and move and messes up the direction of the water. Seems like a bad design feature. The shower itself is nice.

Easy to install for this amateur DIY mom. I needed the adjustable bar so my 9-year-old could reach the handheld shower head. I did have to buy a 3 in extender piece of pipe because it does need to sit away from the wall a bit.... But if you don't see that before you buy the shower head, you will after you buy it :-) not a big deal.I had tried a different brand and when I turn the water on the plastic parts inside the main switch area exploded and it was ruined. This one seems to be holding up with a tiny bit of leakage.And it makes for much easier bathroom wall cleaning. Unhappy kids because now they clean the shower. Happy me!!

I bought it so I can use with my toddler together in the shower. I was afraid it might be too flimsy.My toddler dropped it many times during the shower and it turns out it’s very sturdy.Water pressure is good enough when we both use it at the same time. When I use it alone, pressure is very strong. You can set the water pressure in 5 different settings. I highly recommend this one compare to other shower heads I bought in the past.

We had a little trouble installing but I think that was lack of plumbing experience and not the product. The only issue is the suction breaks free, but not all the time. It may just be our shower. It’s a nice size and very light to hold. I give it two thumbs up.

We have had this installed for less than a month and it is already leaking form three areas.It looks great, but the quality is less than desired.Very disappointed in this and will now have to purchase a system that is more solid, durable, and built better.This could be a great item, but the quality and fit of the plastic fittings do not hold up at all.I would love to return this item and get my money back.
