Very nice, celo wrapped, iron pad enclosed. this one is a great size for my table and small ironing needs. I thought about the larger one but this is actually perfect for now. I am a hobby sewist artist.Gray color very soft comes with directions using your iron to protect iron and pad. Pad is not as thick as I thought but it is wool and will protect my wood table top. I am using instead of my ironing board which is very wood and very vintage, while I love it, it doesn't need to be up all the time, this pressing pad mat really does the trick, Easy to use, glad I purchased it, great find.I hope this review was found helpful for at least us hobby crafters out there. This mat works great! I keep it to the right of my sewing machine for quick pressing of quilt pieces. I have placed a heat and moisture resistant mat under the wool mat to protect the sewing table. I tested the mat, and with prolonged use, heat and moisture from steam or spray will go through it. The size is perfect for quilters, and the thickness is just as advertised. I think this mat is great for the price.

Very good for ironing small items. Heats quickly and steam works great without sputtering and leaving wet spots. Light and easy on hands. Along with other small pressing jobs, I use it for ironing machine embroidery in the hoop as will fit right into the hoop..

The product is fine. The ironing mat works great. But.... the packaging it arrived in was subpar! It was in a torn clear cheap celophone wrap with the address sticker affixed. It is amazing that it didn't slide out and get lost. The silicone iron pad has a 2" slice in it. Not happy about that!!!

I love this wool mat. Some other brands smell really bad but this on3 has no odor at all. I use it all the time and feel that my seams iron nice and flat. Great value.

This wool pressing mat is great for quilting.

I sew a lot and craft and with this ironing pad I no longer need to have my big ironing board set up all the time. It is thick and the heat did not transfer to the counter.
