I add it to my morning beverage for a protein boost, and I mix it in with the oat milk in my cereal to add some protein there. Be advised: It will not assist with curbing blood sugar, apparently, because it is not a complete protein and therefore won't register. I only found this out recently! So, do as the packaging says and don't use it for that purpose. But my nails, hair, etc seem healthy. No complaints. I've been using this most days for a couple years now.
