I would love to love this product but ... DO NOT EAT. on the surface it's a pretty can see through lid and tastes nice. However I will NEVER EAT ANOTHER CAN. WHAT I DID NOT NOTICE until was finished was the proposition 65 WARNING on the can for possible cancer and reproductive harm. After research this is what I now know, this quote was taken from a recent scientific journal "International Council for the Exploration of the Sea, Institute of Aquatic Ecology, University of Latvia. I quote. "The Baltic Sea has suffered due to many pollutants; some of which have taken a major toll on the Baltic’s habitat; these pollutants include nuclear waste and agricultural chemical runoff. Over the decades nuclear waste has been dumped into the waters of the Baltic."The real issue is that this is WARNING is NOT DISCLOSED ON THE CAN DESCRIPTION. As a lic. physician it is my understanding we eat sardines for their low mercury content and high omega oils, but these benefits are negated but other serious pollutants.. DO NOT EAT THESE. THESE SHOULD NOT BE SOLD.
