Hoping for a solidly built product, this looks OK. The LEDs are not bright. They also are pointed at slightly above eye level so you may wish to test your reading gaze prior to purchasing. These are NOT rechargeable batteries, although the 4 batteries can be easily replaced due to sliding battery compartment cover, a good design idea.Construction looks to be decent; I will use these for 30-60 days and update the review.

My new LightSpecs rechargeable reading glasses deliver on exactly what they promised "The POWER to READ in the DARK". I now read in bed without waking up my wife at night. The lights are bright and functional and with the rechargeable batteries; I just plug in after use to recharge the batteries. The extra protective carry case and charging cords are a bonus. I LOVE the fact I will no longer be tossing my used batteries into landfills to go more "GREEN". Thanks Panther Vision!
