Been great for lowering my diabetes levels but can't drink it on its own as too bitter so mix with some orange squash!!! Not put me off ordering more though.

30ml of Juice mixed with half a glass of water preferably at empty stomach in morning and evening. Take a gap of 30 minutes to the next meal or drink or as directed by heath care / ayurveda practitioner.
