I've been trying to set this up for the last 18 hours. The instructions are terrible - badly translated into English, with no troubleshooting help that is decipherable. It sucks.Update: Still working on it 28 hours later. It still doesn't work. I can use the same sim card (SpeedTalk) and the same app (Find My Kids) with a different watch, and they work fine. I'm very upset about this as this different watch was our "old" one and has a cracked face (we had it less than a month before it broke). I was hoping this one would work and would be durable. I guess I'm just going to have to live with this other broken watch.

After activating a Speedtalk card and following the instructions to the t, I still could not get the watch to work. I bought another watch with another sim card as well, and ran into the same problems. The selling of this junk to concerned parents is predatory. I have a 12 year old with ASD and he cannot speak. I wanted this to work for us for a little peace of mind. If anyone has any suggestions on a functioning monitoring device, please don't hesitate to reply. THIS ONE, HOWEVER, IS A DUD.
