It really is small!
This backpack is well made, but that's the only real positive.Even given the online dimensions, in the flesh this backpack really is small. It's borderline unuseable for anything really.A basic backpack would serve you better and also be considerably cheaper.

Good for running and cycling
Bought to use for running and cycling and us a good backpack to use with my bladder. Offers clips to hold the drinking hose in place, while also offering a few pockets/storage areas in the bag itself. Find the hole for headphones useful for longer distances (where bluetooth headphones don't have the power/range), while the zip-able pockets are good for storing cash cards and money with your other products such as phones etc. The main storage area is an ideal size to hold a jacket or other warm top, even with a bladder installed. The bag is fairly comfortable to wear and you become accustomed after several uses.

Don’t even know it’s on your back 👍
I used this backpack for skiing, it was lightweight and comfortable to wear.I wish I would have brought the water pack to go with it .

Excellent for cycling
Use this on long rides, due to the excellent padding I can’t feel my full extra water bottle and it’s very comfortable…..
