BEST LEAD IVE EVER PURCHASED VERY ROBUST
Having purchased several of other leads of similar type this one is definitely more robust have 35kg powerful labrador which constantly wants to charge on. This lead holds him no problem. Extends and retracts 100% no problem easy to use button one click lockable. No TANGLE whilst out walking. Highly recommended best I've bought delighted with it good quality and value for money. I've waited 4 months to put this review to see how it stood after good old using 5*****.

Good for recall training.
I don't use this lead often as I don't agree with retractable leads. We purchased it for our new rescue until recall is 100%. She is big (35kg) and this lead seems substantial enough. We only use it on fields/beaches etc. A proper lead should always be used for general walking.I find the handle huge and it gets sweaty and slippy. I suppose it has to be big for all the lead it holds.

Got a replacement
It's only lasted 4 weeks and snapped so they sent a new one straight away this seems fine

Not bad
Very good lease, however the poop bags supplied for a dog up to 50kg are far to small(threw them away) took out the "core" and replaced with proper bags... Perhaps a bag holder compatible with the 50 bag roll would be a step forward.. Nevertheless a good strong lead - hopefully last a few years!

Really Good.
Competetively priced, this lead is as good if not better than others on the market. The thumb lock/unlock is positive and works well. The body of the reel is sturdy and strong and the tape likewise. I would not hesitate to buy another.

Good length and grip
My first lead broke in less than a week and my pup is only 37kg. I emailed them and asked if I could get a replacement and they were really quick in responding and sent a new one within a week. It fits nice in my hand and has the added poo bag holder attached too.

Light lock function lets this lead down
The main reason for the three stars is the lock function uncatching easily (i.e. when not intended). Fine for parks but we have a puppy who tends to bound and lurch without warning and this makes it a little less suitable/potentially dangerous for walking alongside busy roads/crossings should the lock click off and the lead extend fully.

Strong and sturdy
The lead feels strong and is comfortable to hold onto on long walks. The stop and release mechanism works well and never seems to stick like other leads I've used in the past
