I cannot tell you how much we love these bulbs. Our light fixture hangs under the eave of the house, facing the east morning sun. In the past, we had to use 2 bulb extensions screwed into each other just so the 'eye' could get past the eave so the 'eye' could see the sun. Otherwise the bulb would stay on all the time. PLUS....every couple of weeks we had to get a Qtip & go clean the 'eye' of dust webs so the 'eye' could work. These bulbs don't have an 'eye' that we are use to seeing. I think the whole dang bulb is an 'eye'. These have been in place for almost 3 weeks and work like a champ! We recommend them based on our experience and hope they work for your particular situation just as well.

Have had other dusk til dawn bulbs, but you have to get the activation eye out toward sunlight for them to turn off in daylight hours. These are great cause the activation eye is around base of bulb so no worry when daylight comes it will see sunlight and turn off without having to align any activation eye. Also the LED light is bright but soft light, these are the best dusk til dawn bulbs I have ever used. Will get more of these.

I was a little hesitant to buy these dawn to dusk light blubs as I have never heard of them before. I decided to give them a try and they really work as stated. No problems with a good amount of light. It solved our problem of having to buy a dawn to dusk fixture because the sensor always go. Great idea for a bulb! I would definitely buy them again.

These bulbs will really brighten your room and chase away the shadows, and they don't heat up your house. All this while saving you money on your electric bills is a definite win!

Bulbs don't work as a pair in a porch light.

Worked as described. Using for an outdoor post light, for dusk to dawn use. Was concerned it wouldnt work with the textured glass light but they work perfectly!
