Udyan tea never fails to impress me. Possibly the best tea available in India right now.
Udyan tea never fails to impress me. Have been a regular buyer of all.their teas since beginning. This luxurious white tea has fresh floral aroma and soothing effect. What I loved the most is the ingredients that went in making this tea- white tea leaves, lavender, spearmint. The natural rose flavour makes it even more enjoyable. Possibly the best tea available in India right now. Buy without any second thought.

Tea- a delicious medley of art and expertise
I received a pack of lavender dew white tea from them 10 days back. They were extremely professional in their commitment whether it was regarding delivery, packaging, or their overall conduct. I happen to make it for my husband and he totally loved it. Then I also made it the other day for myself and being a tea lover, I enjoyed every sip till the end. I actually followed all the instructions mentioned about how to prepare the tea in the best possible manner. And believe you me, the aroma of the tea was divine. I had it with honey and I can't even describe the feeling like they themselves say, tea is not just a beverage, it's a lifestyle- a delicious medley of art and expertise. Now instead of the milk tea, lavender tea is my everyday ritual.

Fresh
The best thing about this tea is the double packing due to which the flavor was not lost and the tea had a nice flavor.

the history and art of steeping
I come from a generation from before tea bags, loose tea was stored in caddies and measured out by spoonOne for each person and one for the pot was a tea time chant then hot water was added and the wait beganTea was left steeping yet drunk before it was stewed : it was a delicate process that took a lot of patience and expertise ( the tea leaves were Sweet floral flavour with hints of rose and lavender with a minty aftertaste| APPEARANCE: Purple lavender mixed with light and dark green leaves with silver tips | AROMA: Fresh floral aroma even used for fortune-telling before used on the garden or around plant pots.I star the review of this product with a little history ~ a pre teabag history! This product is a return to steeping ~ an individual way to make a cuppa! Practise will result in the perfect cuppaThe tea comes with instructions for making the perfect and satisfying cup of teaKeep on and be patient !!

No floral or rose notes and leaves a strong after taste
This is the second bag of tea I've had from this company and having loved the first one, I was excited to try this too. I love that they included three sample teas in the bag of other flavours. As these are expensive, it's great to get to try others and they were completely different samples to my last bag. The colour of the leaves are mainly green and black, so not that colourful but I love the smell. It's a cross between a normal tea and fresh hay, which I like as it takes me back to the days when I used to keep rabbits.Following the instructions, I gave mine five minutes to steep before pouring into a glass and letting the tea cool down a bit further. It came out a beautiful dark honey colour. Unfortunately, it had turned bitter. I then tried again with a fresh set of leaves and with water that was a lot cooler. This time I only gave it 3 minutes and it came out slightly lighter at a medium-dark honey look. Although it wasn't bitter and was better, it was still disappointing. It's not gentle and leaves a strong after taste. I also couldn't pick up any floral notes or rose. After a couple of mouthfuls, I couldn't drink anymore. Overall, this one isn't really to my taste and I definitely wouldn't get it again.

Delicious, light and floral
This is a very pleasant, fresh and subtley sweet tea for the price.I often drink green and white teas, but import these from China and Japan directly. Often, I find that teas sold here are poor in comparison to buying direct, however, this was a pleasant surprise as it does not have the typical 'old' taste that I get from many others. It is reminiscent of White Peony tea, but with smaller leaves. It has a fresh and floral scent upon opening the bag.Making tea with this is a pleasure, as I cool the water to 80c first and then infuse for 2-3 minutes, for a light and aromatic infusion which is very clearly from a white tea.For about £15 for 100g this should make around 30 first infusions, but each time it can be used 2-3 times, for a total of around 100 cups of tea - that works out incredibly cheap!I'd highly recommend this tea if you'd like to try a good quality, loose leaf white tea.
