Marvel Select Red Hulk Action Figure

I have to say, I love this action figure. I purchased the Red Hulk over the regular Green Hulk by Marvel Select due to the price. $15 and change as of this review so excellent price by UTOYZ here on Amazon. The detail sculpt on this figure is impressive and to the proportions I see matches the Hulk and Red Hulk in the comics - massive. I was worried that he was going to be a flat matte red, but the figure has gray shading on him which is nice. I went over the crevices shaping his muscle cuts with a fine sharpie marker and wiped it off which accentuates a shadow for a bit more detail. I like how he comes with a stand to display him and with 14 points of articulation not including swivel joints, anyone can certainly enjoy him. The other mod I did was to improve his neck articulation to look up. I got a small swiss army knife and whittled a u shape in the back of his head to allow clearance for him to look straight more. I'm glad I did as it moves more freely. I was impressed with his jean pants as they look better than the Incredible Hulk's purple pants with a lot of detail. The ripped parts are semi stiff rubber which is a nice touch as I thought they might break off. This is the first non Transformers purchase I have made in quite a while and after seeing the Age of Ultron movie, I really wanted a Hulk figure and this fits the bill. Sadly, Red Hulk needs a hero to fight so I am in deciding if I want the Hulk Unleashed or the Age of Ultron Hulk.

This product is one of the BEST Marvel Select figures out there, as well as heavy :P. This figure has a good amount of articulation, and is great for smashing action!!! Although this figure doesnt have as much articulation as the Marvel Legends Red Hulk, He has a better design, he's bigger (the size a hulk should be :P), more durable, heavier, and, just better in general. In the mean time, I REALLY recommend getting this figure, because it is just PLAIN fun, and REALLY good for display, too. GET IT!!!

Well made action figure! My 5 yo son is obsessed with all things Hulk and has been wanting "Red Hulk" for awhile now. This toy has it all. All of the joints are sturdy and it is very posable! Even the head can rotate and has huge range of motion. This Hulk is SOLID!! Much heavier than your regular Marvel Hulk action figure. He stands a little shorter than green Hulk, but is MUCH larger in mass. The muscle detail is incredible. Seems super sturdy. Great buy!

Red hulk smash. What can i say seems very durable in comparison to the green one my son has. Don't know what happened with the grey hulk but thats another story. I think its a good buy for a hulk collection and for any kid looking to give their marvel universe a boost. My son loves it so i love it

I just received this toy today as a birthday gift for my little brother (8 today)who is very into Hulk, Red Hulk, and all that jazz. Again, he is 8 so this is not going to be put on a shelf and forgotten, he's going to play with it. After day one I held it myself since I used to love playing with action figures as a kid I thought this looked pretty good quality and wanted to verify. Some awesome things about it are the 3D detailing and very detailed paint job seen in the face, hair, and shorts. However if you intend on playing with it, the figure came with a loose-ish right leg and no one likes having loose limbs on a figure they're going to be jostling around. Lastly the paint scratched kind of easily but I think 20$ is a good price considering it's size because it is quite large, and I'm happy with the purchase since he is extremely happy. 4/5 stars.

Red Hulk is a simple repaint of the the Green Hulk but with a new head sculpt. The new head is amazing, it has tons of detail in the sculpt and the paint applications. The paint on the body has less detail than the Green Hulk, but I prefer it. Articulation is good, not great. He moves at the waist and all of the other common places, just don't expect this guy to move from 30 different joints.My only gripes are that his hands are balled up fists that don't open and his left armpit is prone to excessive rubbing. I sent my first one back because his left armpit looked like a razor blade cut it up. My second one was much better but it was still a bit scuffed up.This is my favorite marvel select figure. If you are on the fence.........just buy it.He works well with both marvel select and marvel legends figures.

My 3 yr old grandson enjoys playing with his Red Hulk. At first he had difficulty getting him to stand without the included base, but that was because the red hulk has many articulation points. Once I showed him how to move the joints to work the legs, he was able to get him to stand. We do not use the base, and threw it away. The toy is very detailed, and is weighty, it seems like a quality item.

This was a last minute Christmas gift for my nephew. He told his mom (my sister) that he needed Red Hulk with gray pants. Not wanting to disappoint him I went online and scoured that exact product description. Luckily Amazon had this and it was in stock reasonably priced.It looks great. He loves it. I tried to get him to understand, he's 5, that it's more valuable in its package. Needless to say he slept with it for an entire week out of the package. This thing is heavy. It could do some damage if thrown. The character detail is very good. It makes a good addition to a figure collection.
