Going by the reviews I was sceptical about buyingit.It is certainly not meant for gravies and curries or deep frying on high heat.But it works very well for shallow frying snacks like parathas and tikkis.With its perfect size it would make a perfect pizza.One must not over heat any pan; maintaining a medium heat gives excellent results.The lid is very good.I managed to make a lovely omelette using the lid on low heat.There was a pretty honey comb design on the omelette.

Will go for bergner range next time. The inside coating does not cover the entire pan. As a result heavy frying will leave oil stains on the steel part which are very hard to clean.Build quality is super and you can make out the difference if you are a aluminum cookware user and shifting to stainless steel

Please don't buy any prestige product. Buying pan, I also purchased kadhai of same model (honey comb) after using 5-6 months, it's quoting leaves space. Complained customercentre, their service centre at Kotla, Delhi and also one another head service centre at Delhi, after 2 months have lapsed, neither got repaied one or replaced with new one. Soooooo poor service, request all not to buy prestige products due to poor service.

its already become black and the cooked food sticks on the pan like glue difficult to remove. also some places the pan has started leaving black stains which does not happen in a normal non stick pan

Very useful for low oil cooking. Easy to clean. Sturdy. Elegant. Value for money.

Very sturdy..but Not easy to clean..The coating came off after few months of useWould not recommend if this is for frequent use.

Good product but the problem is the sides get black and I’m the pan looks dirty. Function wise the pan is excellent. Cleaning is difficult. Also the lid has a problem. Water gets collected in the lid.
