This item is not eligible for return.I did not like the taste. All the ingredients listed by name seemed like something I would like. There is a "flavorings" ingredient that may be the culprit. When you open the can it smells like perfume. The flavor is a little like imitation peach but that's not quite it. My MIL stopped by, and knowing that we don't always have the same tastes in tea, I asked her if she wanted it. She took a whiff of it and didn't want to try it. My husband only occasionally drinks tea and he wasn't interested in it either. I'm stuck with it. I made the tea twice hoping that it would grow on me. It didn't.I have a teapot that warms water to a specific temperature range. I made the tea using the boiling range recommended both on the tea package and the teapot.The container is nice. I'll probably dump the tea in the compost, remove the label, and if I can get it to not stink anymore, I'll put other loose tea in it.

I am trying to replicate the outstanding and discontinued Harney Indian Spice Tea. This tea is definitely not it. It is very strong in the cardamom department, and possibly too much cracked pepper. It's strong but not full flavored, not unlike how putting lots of salt and pepper in water does not make a delicious broth from animal/vegetable scraps.We mix it with a too-weak local chai-ish blend and it's adequate with a bunch of milk. Do not recommend if you have had the sublime Harney blend!

It's ok. It's not bad, it's just not delicious. It has a lot of interesting flavors that you would not expect from Vanilla chai, and the scent is a bit odd. It still tastes ok though.

Seriously? Vanilla + Chai, black tea. Why are you reading this? Go, drink! I feel sorry for you that you either don't have this in your life, or maybe you just ran out. Order it!!!

This tea is so full of flavor. Vanilla Chai is my favorite tea and I drink it non stop throughout the day. This is definitely worth the money, especially for the amount that you get. The container is airtight and comes with a recipe for making vanilla Chai. I will definitely be buying some more once I run out.

I *love* this chai... very flavourful and aromatic. Unfortunately, the vanilla aroma is very prominent when I open the can, but almost fades from noticeability once it is brewed. However, I would not mark it down for that issue, because it is wonderful anyway!
