It was really easy to set-up, came with base, hot tub and heat lid - packed in two inner compact size boxes with the pump in a box of its own. Followed advice to keep under cover (used our cantilever parasol) and set it up early in the morning as it can take 8-10 hours to warm up to optimum temperature - cost no more than £2-3 according to my smart meter for the day. The base of the hot tub has extra cushioning so it was really comfortable to sit in. Perfect fit for two adults and two children (10 and 8) but for anymore I would upgrade to the larger model. Excellent feature for emptying was the small outlet pipe on outside to connect a hose pipe to meant it was really easy to empty and filter water off to where it was needed in the garden!

what a great buy 5 star. arrived early well done amazon.easy to follow instructions assembly in 20minutes (me and my 8 year old)sturdy simple control digital panel.took an hour to fill and a further 10 hours to heat to 40Cwe are now enjoying our new hot tub.FABULOUS AMAZING(MY SONS WORDS)AND I AGREE

Was charge £900 for this to begin with but was returned £100. Costs alot to run and takes 24 hours to heat unless you fill with hot tap . Is ok but not for £800 I payed . Can't get spares for this also

Best Buy ever quality hot tub for the price heated up in 8 hours was easy to set up did not come with dvd though . Two filters supplied nice touch , highly recommend this hot tub .

It does not heat up after hours of it being left on. I believe its faulty

Love this spa. Just wish summer lasted a bit longer.
