It’s not made from the finest solid woods, but it’s pretty decent for what it is. Seems sturdy and well designed. Putting it together was pretty easy. I would recommend a power tool instead of just a screw driver. It turned out looking very nice. I was happy with it for my purposes.

This pantry is a great addition to my kitchen that has little storage space.It went together easily, including the hinges, which always worry me.

Worried a bit about it being flimsy, but didn't get it to be an heirloom. Just needed extra storage space. Hinges are not adjustable and the door fit was ok, so not a big issue. Shelves are not adjustable and are braced in the middle to be solid. Assembled it by myself without issues. Some hardware items included extra pieces. Nice. Looks fine in the dining room and the shelves should be able to take some weight. If I had the room, I would get another one.

This is a little difficult to put together (make sure to have a power screwdriver). The only real issue is that one of the support pieces cracked when I put the screw in. The crack was not bad and it is not impacting the support so I decided not to report it.As for the piece, it holds a ton of stuff and is nice looking. Overall a good purchase for the price

Total junk...engineered wood or real name...soft pressed cardboard. Photo 1 and 2 are the same item right out of the box, the thin pressboard split. Photos 3 and 4, I was installed the screws with a screwdriver, about 3/4 of the way in the pressboard split. I stopped and called Sauder their representative told me if I wanted a replacement parts they can ship them otherwise call Amazon. The product information said for kitchen use! I don't think this cabinet could hold more than 5 Lbs. per shelf without sagging over time. For the high price and very poor quality of $275.16..DON'T purchase this cabinet.

I didn’t have any damaged pieces or missing parts, which is rare. The instructions were logical and easy to understand. Plus everything fit together well. The doors swing properly and line up. I wasn’t expecting to be impressed, but I am.

First thing to note: The white is not white. It is definitely a light grey which is very disappointing for those of us who wanted it white (the whole point of picking that color).Second thing to note: It is very light and easy to assemble, but it has no weight to it once assembled. You would expect it to be a little heavier, but it is not. That may be weird to note, but I prefer furniture like this used for storage to be a little heavy making it more difficult to tip over. It does come with an anti-tipping contraption, but we cannot use that where it's being used in our laundry room.Third thing to note: The delivery process is TERRIBLE. If you schedule it out for a certain day and need to be rescheduled, good luck. After stating that I would not be home the day of the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, I went around in circles trying to get it rescheduled. They would not do it and even once stated they would write a note about it (they did not after talking to them on 3 different occasions). The day before deliver, they claimed they'd be there between 1pm-3pm. I tried to make sure I could be there by that time and was looking promising... Until they changed the time of delivery 9am-12pm and thus, I could not be there. SO frustrating. Because I picked a threshold delivery, they stated they could not leave it on the porch and would have to reschedule delivery if they show up and nobody was home. HOWEVER, the man that delivered it was AWESOME. He offered to leave it at the door through our texting and I'm thankful he did. That man was the only redeeming factor to this whole thing.Won't be ordering any furniture things from Amazon again. Terrible experience and subpar quality of furniture (and we have a few different Sauder things).

My hubby put this together, with the help of our teenager, in about 2 hours. They took their time, didn't rush, so someone else could probably do it quicker. We were a little concerned about the shelf thinness when we first opened the box, but each shelf comes with a brace that reinforces the midpoint so there was nothing to worry about after all. We purchased the Dakota finish. It sits in a room that is naturally darker, so rather than dark brown, it looks almost black. If I had to reorder, I'd probably go with a lighter finish for that reason. All the parts and pieces were in the box except for one plastic screw but my hubby was strategic about where he put the others and he didn't think that impacted anything. At one point, I decided to help and it was time for the door hinges. They aren't typical looking (sorry I'm sure there's a term for them that I don't know), and the pictured instructions didn't help me understand how they were mounted but my husband was able to figure it out. If I were doing this myself, I'd probably struggle with that part for a while. The size and height are perfect for our needs. It came with stickers that resemble the wood, to hide the screws from view (nice touch). We are very happy we got this and highly recommend it!
