money well spent,works like the first time every time

I feel conflicted because I support my veterans but these do not work. I ordered eight of them. They were three dollars less than the shoot a light. I bought them for my guys for Christmas. Unfortunately they just do not work.After filling, conflicted, I thank you for your service, sir, but you are a piece of crap. Why are you trying to charge me for items? I returned it’s been verified twice now, but you keep requesting that I pay for it through Amazon. These items are crap.

They paint the whole tool at once and where the roller is exposed it has a coat of paint on it and does not spark. ?

Item is nice and works well but it will not accept old flint from Bic lighters. The flint is a little larger than the flint supplied. My older spark device will accept the larger flint and is galvanized steel vice painted.

I haven’t had a chance to use it in the field yet, but having tried it out, this product seems like it will be very handy in my camping and Dutch Oven Gathering gear. I use a propane stove for camping (for some but not all cooking) and I also use the propane stove to start my Charcoal Starter Chimney at Dutch Oven Gatherings (“DOGS”). I’ll still keep matches, regular lighters and strikers in my gear for non-propane uses but for lighting the propane stove this item will be my preferred choice. In fact I will store it in the propane stove since the fuel is no longer kept inside it (it’s an old Coleman converted from white gas).

This is the real deal. I know, its just a striker, but I've used a lot of then and none of them were as durable as this one. Works great with great quality!!
