Q: How to get milk out of the vacuum?

I just ran some water through it and shook it a lot. It will spot the water out, then let it dry. Good as new. Don’t submerge it, just flow a little water in the underside after you removed the clear plastic cover.

Q: Will this work in a 220volt electrical grid? (Europe)

Q: Can the freashvac be used on the cup with it’s lid (without blender Base)?

Hello NinjaShopper, We are happy to assist you with your inquiry about the Nutri Ninja® Blender with FreshVac™ Technology. Prior to blending, add your ingredients to the cup, and then screw on the Pro Extractor Blades® Assembly. Once that is secure, turn the cup over and place it on a flat surface. Open the Flip & Seal lid on the bottom of the cup. Set the FreshVac™ pump on the cup and start it. Once it is complete, remove the pump and close the Flip & Seal lid, listening for a click. Once you have completed this process, put the cup on the motor base to blend. Do not use the FreshVac™ pump after you have blended. We hope this information helps. Helpful Ninja
