I bought this large bottle to put into a smaller bottle. Much easier to use this solution to test water than have to calibrate an electronic tester to ensure accuracy. The only complaint is don't get it on your skin or it will stain it.

Not much to it. It calibrated accurately and can be used to store your meter

I ordered this PH test kit because it was rated highly and was inexpensive for the amount in the bottle. I expected a decent test color chart, not the wide ranging few colored stripes on the bottle. The stripes jump from 5.0 to 6.0 then 6.5 to 7.0 then to 8.0 and finally 8.5I'm looking at a PH level chart for hydroponic growing and several vegetables are in the 5.0 - 5.5 range and nothing is over 7.0, so how about giving us a 5.5 stripe and a 7.5 one and doing away with the 8.0 and 8.5 stripes? Or, assuming there are things that require that range how about making them a little more narrow and fitting all the .5's in ?? Seems pretty cheap and dumb to me to leave them out.I am disappointed and won't buy again as I don't need to be scratching my head and squinting at the strips trying to make a decision, is it x or y?

Great stuff. Good for getting a rough estimate on pH, works well enough to 'eyeball' pH in hydro to grow without issue.

I originally bought the small container but was through it in a couple of months. I check ph daily on several reservoirs in my hydroponics system.This will last me a long time.

I have a decent digital meter that I've calibrated but the solution is just as good if not better.

Consistent and dependable results. No calibration or wasted $ trying to find a good pen. No batteries required. 😁

I've use this brand for a loooong time now and hasn't ever disappointed me. It's accurate and easy to use. This is a refill bottle for the smaller one they sell that comes with the vial. I'd highly recommend it. My hydroponic vegetables grow great using this to keep my ph in check. The only downside I can see is if you're color blind this is not a good product for you. arrived half frozen but works. didn't like the added shipping costs from holland industry and its a shame cause i would like to order more stuff as the pricing isnt bad. and hell no in winter i aint paying for that even if its economical pricing with shipping. as this product this just barley made it. witch means utimatley the base pricing is good so no hate intended

Love this stuff I don’t even use battery operated probes anymore haven’t had a problem with a nutrient lock since I switched to this product I pull 2 pounds of Bud every time consistently I suggest buying this product now as Canada has recently band it from use.

Saved my crop as my mere wasn’t off sit hank you! Loved it ! Is for PH meters and storage long term as well as can be used in small doses to ph water up or down if in a pintch ...

Cheap cap. Accidentally fell over on shelf. Couldn't tighten enough it leaked everywhere with cap as tight as you could get it. Don't recommend because of this.

Tough to find the 4.0 and 7.0 cal solutions that the quality pH meters need.
