**Q: Where can i find the cover holders? nothing on the select brand website.**
A: Mine came with the holders as well.  (I didn't know how to use them until I read the directions!)

**Q: Can you cook in this "slow cooker" like let's say beef stew? or is it just for keeping food warm?  any owner out there with real information.  Tnxs!!**
A: You could use it as a regular slow cooker, but it may be harder to control the true temperature. I use mine mainly for heating things that will be eaten soon, such as vegetables, or just as a warmer for other items. It's very handy for the holiday's!

**Q: i broke one of my oval stoneware inserts, where can i order replacement..**

**Q: Doesn't spoon rest hole causes a heat loss problem?  Used crock pots for decades; complet lid seal is important for this type of cooking... right?**
A: I haven’t noticed much heat loss at all and I entertain a lot. Also a helpful tip is to put a small plate in front of each section with the spoons on top
