Star Wars The Black Series TIE Pilot 6" Figure

This figure is the TIE Fighter Pilot which are seen in Star Wars: A New Hope and Return of the Jedi. I'd say it's a great addition to the Imperial troops that we've gotten in this line.The sculpting and painting are done very well. The armor pieces are painted a glossy black which give it a nice finish. The chest piece is not removable like on the 3.75" figures, but the tubes connecting to the face mask can be unplugged from the helmet. The tubes are made of a flexible plastic allowing it to move when turning the head. He also comes with a blaster and holster, and while they didn't carry this sidearm in the movie it's still a nice addition. The figure measures 6" tall.Accessories: He just comes with an E-11 blaster, which is the same as the ones the Stormtroopers use. There is also a holster on his belt to put it in.Articulation: Ball-hinged head, shoulders, elbows, and wrists; Swivel torso and thighs; Hips hinge in, out, forward and backwards; Double-hinged knees; Ankles hinge and rock.There are some limitations with the articulation to note: his head can't really tilt, and his torso looks like a ball-joint, but it only seems to swivel.Overall, it's a very nice figure of the TIE Pilot. He looks great with other figures from the 6 Inch Black Series like the Stormtrooper and other Imperial troops, as well as standing alongside Darth Vader. I definitely recommend it, especially if you collect Imperial troopers.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband. It came quicker than I had anticipated on getting it, packing was in great shape upon arrival. Overall satisfied with price, shipping and delivery.

Normally I don't swear while commenting, but Holy s***, who in the world designed this bad guy? I was doubting between Yoda and this one, and whilst my 6" collection are only troopers, I choosed this guy. It is just AMAZING, I mean, if I could choose the best figure in the current line up I'd say, TIE Pilot. Excellent articulation, it has a super range of movement, despite of being simple at plain eye, it has an amazing level of detail. Generally figures have flaws, but this is Flawless, excellent, gorgeous, amazing and well, IMO, the best BS Figure money can get.Final comment: MUST BUY, while it's still available, Stars? 5, This is the figure you are looking for

It is a Star Wars Figure. You can play with it, display it, blow it up with a firecracker…. it comes as pictured. If you really are reading this review trying to figure out if you want it - either you can't afford it and should go buy food for your family, or you are one of those who have not committed to the six inch line and two years later are still saying it is a passing phase…

Black series Star Wars ANH Tie pilot decent articulation but I personally like the Elite Series better but if you are a member of the 501st legion like myself most Tie pilot figures are nice....

Beautiful!!! I never owned this as a kid, since they never made one in the years surrounding the original three films. But I always WANTED this figure, assuming they would ever actually make one. So now they do, and I bought the stupid thing. It's gorgeous...probably the best looking of the Star Wars Black Series figures. HIGHLY recommended! BABA BOOEY!!!

Amoung all the Black Series 6 inch line, this character proved to be a very good and solid figure. Common in the States, but never arrived to Mexico. It is absolutely a great action figure.If you can't find it at retail, get it here in Amazon. At least one... you won't regret it.

Hasbro had indeed done a very good job on the black series so far. This was one of my best collection so far to date. The figure looks way better when it was out of the box for display.

If you order this figure be carful because you mite end up with the new order tie pilot not the classic one that's why I give this one star the new order one is not that bad but I bet it don't get the value like the classic one mind you if your not happy you can send it back and why not
