Easy to assemble, sturdy fantastic quality

It was a christmas gift to my boyfriend. He absolutely loves it. He didn't have problem to build it up, our 11years old son helped him. It's a really good chair, so comfy, he loves it.

I have had the chair for just over two weeks, a fair time to reserve judgment and give an honest review. As you may be able to see from the pictures (apologies they are not great pics) I was looking for a chair that could be quite versatile going from the one half of my desk where my PC is to the other half where our home entertainment and console sits. It does it quite well but there have been some issues...Comfort. A big part of buying a desk chair is finding one comfortable enough to sit in for extended periods of time. This one falls short in some areas. The biggest problem is the backrest, there seems to be two struts or bars that go horizontally across the backrest which stick into your back. I had a workaround in mind with the pillow as seen in the pics but ultimately I was disappointed that I had to use a pillow on a brand new chair. I must admit as of right now I have not contacted the seller and if they were to get in touch and say this was a mistake etc I will update this review immediately.The Arms. This is the first chair I have used with this style of arm, not convinced that they are better than my old ones that simply lifted if you needed space, etc. When in place they do not move, on purpose anyway, which is a real shame as if they could be raised and lowered I could see the appeal in this design. I have jammed my fingers a good few times trying to move or adjust because of the arms' inability to move. When you use it to sit and watch TV or play on a console there are no real comfortable positions for your arms however I do understand it is marketed as a DESK chair and not an all-rounder.Movement. The chair has a great range of positions for you to choose from, not only does the backrest have it's own handle to adjust the back independently from the rest of the chair but the 'secondary' handle allows you to adjust the height as well as the best feature, tilt. You can adjust how hard or easy it tilts with the screw under the chair.The Material Used. I love the material used for this chair. I did not want a fake leather chair as I have had them before and they always end up the same way, tattered and ugly looking. This material is great and so far durable.The Seat. Comfy and with the material the chair has it's comfortable for long periods. The cushion could be slightly thicker as I've had a numb butt on a few occasions. Definitely still one of the comfiest desk chairs I have ever had.I ordered the chair and it arrived well before Amazon said it would, it was supposed to take a week or so however it took only three days! Great if you need something fast. As for building the chair, it was really easy and took no time. The instructions were on the simple side but were easy to follow.I hope my review helps and if you have any questions pleaser don't hesitate to ask on Amazon and I will do my best to answer.

Fantastic gamingand desk chair really comfy, teen son loves it

At first glance and reading some reviews this chair seemed very positive and right for me. however after three months the main seat collapsed on an angle. so every time you swirled the chair would also roll. Hard to explain but it made it very difficult to use at my desk. The overall padding doesn't exist. After the first week all the padding from the bottom seat moved to the front. A pillow was need just to make it bearable. The back rest has no padding. the two small pillows make the chair even worse. I've tried to return this item but both Amazon and the manufacture have both denied me. Very disappointing chair.
