Most of medications expire within several months. If your cruise is more than 6 months out do not order too soon. There is a site to contact if meds expire close to cruise date. So I will be trying that

Has a little bit if everything and easy to restock with same medication or purchase your own through you're local store.We used all of the decongestant, on our cruise,so I restocked with a 12 hr pseudoephedrine in a blister pack instead. The one that came with the kit was a 4 hour phenylephrine which isn't as effective.The medi lyte is PERFECT! My husband got a little too much sun in Aruba and did not properly hydrate. Medi late did the trick!

Purchased to use on up-coming cruise. The items, while off brand names, are very well organized and an enclosed itemized card is very useful. Has everything you could think would be needed. I did supplement with some of my favorite brands. The only thing that I found confusing was that some of the items were tucked away into a pocket behind the labeled items. Thought I was missing a few things but once I figured it out everything was accounted for. This case is just the right size to fit into a beach bag or carryon. Really happy with the purchase!

We cruise a lot and wish we had found this sooner. Saves us building our own medkit and having half to buy items in larger quantities and having half of them expire before the next cruise.
