I work in a restaurant and we use plenty of cheese. I needed something that would work fast, I purchased this cheese slicer and I am so happy I did it. It is strong and sturdy. Very easy to put together and very easy to use. I sliced hard cheese but did it slowly and it worked great. If you’re looking for a slicer do not hesitate this product is worth it.

This can not be stainless. The outside coating came off the first day and came off washing it in the sink. It continues to rub off on my fingers. This should not be used for food contact. Very dangerous. See pictures.
