First, I would like to advise everyone before you get too excited and open & use the product --- DOUBLE CHECK that it is the BEAUTY BIO brand, and NOT a knockoff! I received a BEAUTY & WISHES product, which looked extremely similar to the Beauty Bio face roller. It was pink and felt heavy. But I went online and did some research, and the Beauty & Wishes product costs half as much (so probably poorer quality)! Called Amazon customer support and they immediately fixed the problem, thank you!I have been using it for a week. Honestly, it "makes" me feel better spending some time doing a cool face roll in the morning and evening time. Not sure how effective it has been for decreasing a swollen face, but I would like to believe that there are benefits from the stone's minerals and that it aids in absorbing products on your face. I also have used it on my legs/belly, it doesn't feel like it is doing much but it has only been a week!

This product broke after only two uses. I reached out to the brand and received horrible customer service. Super disappointed with BeautyBio, will not be shopping again.

I had been so skeptical of buying one of these for a while, but after hearing so many wonderful things about them from fashion bloggers that I follow and other people, I decided to give it a shot and I have no regrets! Now this roller will not contour your face into looking like Christy Turlington or anything, but it certainly does work and you definitely notice a difference in your face when doing a side by side differ of Rolling it on one side of the face. And it feels good on the skin and doesn’t crack and squeak like so many other ones I have read that do.

This rose quartz roller costs a pretty penny..... BUT it is worth it for me. I use my roller daily and feel so much better afterward. I loved mine so much that I purchased one as a gift for someone I know who is going through a very stressful time in her life. She agreed that this is a wonderful luxury that is worth everything I paid for it LOL!!!

This is awesome. I overdid it one night on my skincare regimen- used my Glytone and Clarisonic, then my GloPro, so my skin was overworked and raw, not to mention using an overly active moisturizer after both. This was so cooling and calming afterwards and really calmed down my inflamed skin, without even refrigerating it. Highly recommend!

Therefore, 4 stars (5 stars for the product itself but 3 for Seller's failure in checking product).It came in a clear acrylic box with an insert useful for storage, but not for traveling.The roller feels cool to the touch even when it is not kept in the fridge; activates blood circulation and leaves the skin with a wonderful tingling sensation. Have only used it for 1 month so it is still too early to see some of the benefits it supposedly offers as firming the skin and diminishing dark circles. I recommend this product nevertheless for its relaxing properties.

The quality of this product exceeded my expectations! Heavy rose quart, gorgeous rose gold accents, and clear lucite-looking material on the handle makes this piece an eye-catcher. I can’t say that this helps my moisturizer soak in any differently than before, but I definitely feel like I’m getting a luxrious facial when I use this.

This roller is nice and heavy. I can tell its going to last for over 2 years, past the life of my last one! I store my roller in the refrigerator for a more fresh and cooling effect. It works better in the refrigerator, I feel. Great product, though it was $60, I say its worth the price!!!

However I have ordered the Rose Quartz Roller Attachment Head, I received something else a BeautyBio Rose Quartz Roller. Please consider when you order this product.I am not happy at all!!!

Buy it! It IS as good as the reviews say. It is stunning, high quality and worth every penny! Just look at the size difference as compared to my $30 roller ( which cracked during use).More importantly, if you look at the brackets on the small end intended for eye use, you will see how the BeautyBio’s brackets are smaller and closer to the roller, allowing for use in the eye area. I couldn’t get my other roller anywhere near my eye area, given how wide the bracket is. I have many skincare tools, including Beauty Bio’s GloPro, and this is the perfect compliment!Buy it! Just buy it! :)
