I bought this for my partner, who uses them almost exclusively. She loves them. Fill with ice in the morning and it'll still have that ice in the evening.Unfortunately, the lid on this one leaks. Evidently the sliding insert doesn't fit as tight as it should. She refused to send it back, because she likes it that much.I recommend it, but only if it doesn't leak.

This is my third one I’ve bought, these things still have ice in them the next day. The only ones I’ll buy. I keep one at work and two at home.

Works well but seal on lid needs work. Lid is sometimes hard to remove.

My husband loves his water bottle. Takes it wherever he goes. Do wish the covers/lids were sold separately as we have had a one go bad (the seal around it) and I broke mine.

The tumbler is nice but the lid is horrible Wish I knew where to get a new lid.

When I saw the picture I thought it was laminated coating on the cup so it would be smooth, it is not. It has a glitter and gritty texture. Everything else so far is as stated.

I love these Built BYO tumblers. This is my second one. I've been using the first one daily for the last 7 years. The paint is wearing off around the bottom now. These mugs keep liquids hot or cold better than any other travel tumbler/mug with a lid for drinking. They do leak if turned upside down or left for a duration on their side. They are narrow enough to fit in cup holders in cars and easy to hold if you have a small hand. The non-glitter tumblers have a smooth finish. The glitter tumblers have a rough finish; not really enjoyable to drink from without the lid. I returned the glitter tumbler for this grey mug.

I I purchased the 30 Oz hot and cold thermos actually the very first one I've ever bought that the coffee if you put it in there it stays warm for the 5 hours so first drink is the same degrees as the last drink 5 hours later highly recommend this product

Un excelente producto, mantiene la temperatura, ya sea frío o calor por varias horas, un vaso muy adaptable a la mano, su precio muy accesible y un color que me encantó, lo volví a elegir nuevamente ya que el anterior lo compré para un regalo y quienes lo recibieron quedaron encantados.

Esta muy bonito el termo, no se le ha caído para nada el color, pero la tapa ya se hizo muy fea, gotea fácilmente y es muy complicado lavarla (pero las tapas de la competencia le quedan 😉)

Es un muy buen producto si consideramos lo que uno imagina recibir si ya conoce otros productos similares. Sin duda, tal como cualquier producto de su clase, cumple con todas las expectativas y es genial. El único detalle es la textura, no es del todo buena; es una textura directa con los brillos los cuales no se caen, pero puede ser de poco agrado para ciertas personas. A simple vista puede ser que los brillos vienen en un estampado del vaso, pero en realidad viene texturizado y es algo importante a considerar en cuanto a gustos.
