I didn't get any papers that said it did,but they are well built, I'm happy with them

For the price I would just buy a new set. I have never broke a impact socket without highly abusing it.

Why is this set missing the 16m &18m pieces? I need those sockets for GM vehicles.

The 16m and 18 are not the most commonly used generally. Only for the every day mechanics does one look to have a complete set of tools.
