I ordered this in a hurry and made an error... the cable extension and timer are for Europe!!!I was able to get a suitable extension lead at short notice so all well.

The quality is undeniably good, however, what is not stated on the details is that the extension cable is fitted with a european plug, as are all the sockets. The major part of this product is therefore utterly useless to me, and also there is no means (obvious to me) to complain. All my other purchases in this order I can contact the vendor for...but not this one.Seriously very unhappy.If, Masterplug, you are reading this - please send me a UK extension cable to fit with the box (tomorrow would be good). In which case I will amend my review. Otherwise it stands. Seriously annoyed as I need to use this this weekend.ThanksGavin

Sold in UK, but not a UK plug, this take a European plug (2 pin), if wasn't for the fact I needed the dry weatherproof box as soon as possible would have returned it, aside from the extension lead and plug in timer being of no use the box is very good, keeps everything plugged in inside dry.

Wrong product for me as it is a two prong product and we use a three prong product

Masterplug clip-lock weatherproof boxes are great quality, (better than the rust-prone screwed option), so in UK look out for the bare box with no training socket. The green one is an excellent option in my opinion!

Wish I had read the reviews. The boxes are great and the socket extensions are well made but they have continental 2 pin plugs. Unfortunately I had removed all packaging before realising so have 2 expensive useless extension leads as am not rewiring all my outdoor electrics just so I can use them.

This is a waterproof cable box BUT it is designed for EU plugs. Luckily I have any UK to EU adapters so I was able to use this and it is waterproof. But read the details before purchase would be my advice
