Good quality and appear to be well made BFR bands. I originally purchased rigid BFR bands from a different company but then learnt that these bands are far safer to use if they are elasticated. Also the arm bands should be around 1" and the leg bands can be 2" I understand. These bands were the closest I could find to the ideal recommendations.

Just used these bands for the first time today and the results were instant!My arms have never looked so pumped after a session.The only reason I dropped a star is because the clips on my bands are sewn on backwards.

I already had 3 trainings this week and I'm feeling my biceps pumped more than before. It would suit your needs if you look for faster results as I do.

Overpriced..No clear instructions of how to put them on and keep both at similar tightness, can’t find a single Armageddon video on this anywhere.Before use the label cuts into the muscle and makes closing the band even more difficult.They are elastic and loosen instantly with use.Disappointed for the money i paid.
