This book provides a proper context to the word mysticism. I have to admit, I was not aware of this information. However, after studying this concept, and absorbing the information in it, I now realize that I’ve been practicing mysticism for a very long time. Great work by the author.

I absolutely love this author's style and teachings. I am a believer that any style of magick, meditation involves connecting with your internal energy and in any situation, it has proven to enhance my craft beyond what I could imagine. Regardless of the title, all 3 books and the free one offered, should be a staple and starting point for any practitioner, especially beginners. As this type of craft is more than just making a candle and saying words, you truly have to work you energy into it and instill with purpose. I have had excellent results with what I knew before, but from using a few principles from his books, it has been amplified, and myself and my clients have seen excellent results. The mind is the most powerful tool, and this helps anyone to Center. Calm. Access and Instill. Brilliant book collections

I'm not gonna lie, the reason I bought this book was because of the totally awesome cover. I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but it seems that sometimes that will actually prove to be correct.This is the most profound and life changing information I've read, and I do have a rather solid collection of esoteric books. And the most extraordinary aspect of the book it that IT'S SO SIMPLE! And yet it goes so deep in to the Mysteries and teaches meditation in a way that is so easy to understand. It explains complex concepts with such ease, and for the first time, I feel like I actually learned how to meditate. Meditation is so much more than mindfullness and focusing on your breath. This book will take you deep into the rabbit hole, from simple breathing exercises all the way to astral projection.The book is basically a step by step training guide and field manual to how to achieve union with the Divine. This is a book of pragma, not dogma. It describes the most important theoretical stuff you need to know when working with the book, but tries to limit it. The author basically says, ''Screw the theory, you're gonna figure that out for your self in a much better way than is possible to describe with mere words. What I'll give you is guidance on how to do it. So here's your step by step guide, now go practice.'' - I'm paraphrasing of course.Also it's a completely universal approach to mysticism, so anyone feeling the call to the mystical, no matter what tradition they belong to, eastern, western, pagan, mainstream religion, will find invaluable information to help them on their journey. It will take you from the very beginning of meditation, all the way to highly advanced practices, that leads to union with the Divine.I got the Kindle edition, but I will definitely need to get a physical copy also since I'm already working with it a lot.I've never heard of the author before, but I'm an instant fan. I can't wait to see more from Gabriyell Sarom.

I don't really see the cultural appropriation that others mentioned in here. The bulk of it is attention and awareness practices, and they make it a point to stay away from religious terms and concepts.. I've read PLENTY of spiritual books, and this one's great because it makes the point of dispensing with the theory and getting right to practice. I've done similar practices elsewhere, and know that the trick is DOING THE PRACTICE. But yes, definitely valuable. Awesome cover, too.

Not at all what I expected! They talk way to much about god, I thought this book would be helpful, but I barely want to read past the first section.
