Easy, Quick, Great!
Love it! All my guests are stunned by this product too as they are able to cook the pancakes/crêpes they want for themselves and very quickly.We used it for the first time on pancake day (Shrove Tuesday) and we've done a total of 90 crêpes in less 35-45min. Great quality material, but could not expect something else from a brand like Tefal. :-)Easy to clean. Well packed by the seller. Don't regret it.I've already lent it to some of my friends who have the same kind of success than me when they use it with their guests.

A great party trick !

Temperature control is by trial and error
It works very well but there is no temperature control, it is all down to trial and error, but effective when you get used to it. Little guidance is given on control of temperature and unless I'm missing something the only way to control temperature is to switch the power on and off.

Crepe party with european plug
Had the crepe maker delivered today. Not sealed or wrapped at all. Box was open. European plug on the cable means it cannot be used straight away as adapter required. Hopefully the machine will work.

Broke down easily
After just a month of use, the item broke down and I was unable to reach the seller or customer service for assistance. This was very disappointing, especially given that it didn't even last as long as a cheaper version from a different company.

Not enough description
It arrived and was a 2 pin plug used it once then didn't work anymore and wasn't cheap and don't say how to send it back after 30 days

Second hand
Just arrived and as I open the package, it is evident that this is second hand. Also the plug socket is EU, not UK. I’m returning it as it’s not worth £100.
