It’s growing
The seed takes longer than Bermuda to sprout. But it has sprouted and it is growing, and I am very pleased. Looking forward to when it becomes a full lawn.

Works - but aerate the ground first
Works well. I aerated the ground first, added seeds and then the Scott’s triple action growth formula for seeds/sod and then aerated lightly again which pushed seeds into the ground a little. Started to take off quickly. First attempt when I did not aerate showed no signs of growth

Hard to get grass to sprout. Looks decent in spots that it did grow

slow start
I have to give it a average rating because the seed just hasn't come up yet. I bought some last year and it took months before it germinated but finally did. Once it does it spreads great.

Waste of money.
After following directions precisely, I had absolutely ZERO sprouts. Wasted that $$. (One star because the system won't let me select zero stars to match the number of sprouted seeds.)
