Are all of the wind screens removable?

yes the wind screen is one piece (3 sides) fits on top of table using tabs to lock in. used this table a few times love it .

Will the storage compartment attached to the grill table keep food dry if it rains a little?

That day that I used it I actually beat the rain I was done when it started I did leave it out there for a little bit but
