It went up on my chimney and was easy to install. Been up there for a few months and looks good.

Item was exactly as described and actually arrived a day earlier then promised. My rating would be a 5 but item was slightly damaged when it arrived due to insufficient packing. I was contacted quickly by seller on my concerns and received great customer support.

Product arrived amazingly fast - days ahead of schedule - and was an exact fit for our our 30+ year old wood burning fireplace chimney. Installation was a breeze, although we did have to drill new holes as the support legs did not line up with those on the prior cap. Overall quality appears to be quite substantial, and assuming it is rust resistant as stated, we will consider this an excellent purchase and superior value.
