Product works just fine. The package was already open / refurbished. I don't mind but I would have liked to know.

I had to contact the manufacturer since the product wasn't working well and the additional content seems to be corrupt. I had to format the device and it works well since then, later the manufacturer send the files with the additional content files of Adventure Time.The USB looks great and once formated detects and works as it should in my computer. Guess, I got a lemon but gladly there was a fix .UPDATE (FEB 2013):I've been using it and it stops while coping files and corrupts the session and the files, then it gives and error and I have to format the USB key. I'm utterly disappointed with the performance since I can no longer trust it for big files. Looks nice but that's only it...it's a complete lemon!! PLEASE STAY AWAY from this flawed product.

Yeah 30 dollars is alot for something like this. We purchased it for our daughter and downloaded all 4 seasons of Adventure time to put on it. Best Christmas present ever.

Bought it for my girlfriend, Princess Bubblegum is her favorite! She loves it!
