Good quality & not a lightweight cheap product. I do place plastic wrap in the bottom so chips or other foods do not get stuck in the woven basket.

When I bought this tray, there were no reviews, however, upon opening the picture to get a larger view, I took the chance as the $amount was very unbelievable for what I thought is a very nice unique looking tray, paid off, I’m a winner. The tray is just beautiful, its oval shaped, it’s solid, not heavy not light, just the right weight, same goes for the dipping white bowls. Basket material but seems to be mix with some other material, that just gives it a very nice and tight finish to the weave. Colour is exactly as shown, beautiful shade brown, metal wiring is just a brush silver that just gives it a very classy look. No sharp edges. The middle of the tray, has a defined area, as shown in one of the three pictures I’ve posted. the size of the two half bowls, which keeps them from shifting. I am not using it as a dipping tray. It’s being used as our fruit basket, on the counter top.
