This is a photocopy -- with some serious problems for some pages that make them impossible to read -- only of Volume II of the two-volume work by Gisborne. So you are missing the initial overview of the project as well as the details of the duties of the sovereign, citizens, the members of the House of Commons, lawyers and so on. There is nothing in the description of the volume that makes it clear that this is only Volume II.
