I have been using this magnesium oxide supplement for a while. I have no side effects and my magnesium levels are up to normal.

I've been taking MagOx for a while just when I need them to help me get rid of heart palpitations.They're great for that. I do not have any side-effects from them - it might be because I've been taking these for a while, but I do not remember getting any side-effects from them when I started taking them.Great product, and I am happy I am able to purchase it via Amazon.A little pricey though...

I was prescribed this due to magnesium deficiency by diuretics. This product has not caused any side effects and works well to replenish my mag deficiency.Delivery is always timely and efficient.When writing this review, it asked me to mention "thickness" and "value for money". First, I have absolutely no idea what they mean by "thickness" and by NO means suggest what I should say. Lets see if it ends up online??

Product has changed from the green labeled bottle. The yellow has a different set of inert ingredients. It hasn’t made a noticeable difference in the effectiveness of the product.

My husband has been taking for a few years....really helps with muscle cramps
