My major issues with this purse was the drop length of the handles and the gold metal pieces. The handles are odd lengths where they are too long to be carrying the purse with you hands all the time, and just a tad short for being comfortable on your shoulder. When on your shoulder, the actual purse basically sits in your armpit. I adjusted the straps down to the bottom holes which seemed to help with the comfort a bit. The little gold round pieces that attach the straps are not smooth. They are actually really sharp. I have scratched myself as well as my car dashboard reaching for my purse. Overall, the purse looks nice but is not that well constructed. You get what you pay for. Review: IN LOVE WITH IT - I love the bag so much! I just got it yesterday and to be honest,I didn't think it would be that cute but I was proven wrong!!! THE BAG IS BEAUTIFUL! IN LOVE WITH IT
I love the bag so much! I just got it yesterday and to be honest,I didn't think it would be that cute but I was proven wrong!!! THE BAG IS BEAUTIFUL! It looks good with any outfit and I will defiantly purchases more bags from Ann Klein

Great look, wish it had more room
I was hoping this would be more of a carry-all bag, but I was wrong. It looks good, very smart, but I guess I thought it was more of a tote than it is. The bag itself is narrow so I won't be shoving too much stuff in there, but it is deep of course. I will still use it as a handbag, and am sure it will be fine. Just may not fit my lunch and other stuff I tend to carry everywhere. Maybe not a bad thing.
