This Hobart 770566 magnetic welding ground attachment is decently made considering what I paid for it here on Amazon. It's rated at 500 Amps and is fairly large at 3-3/8 inch diameter. It has a good, strong magnet with nice spring-loaded 11/16 inch diameter solid brass center contact. The handle doubles as a larger surface to clip your lead to and also makes the magnet base easier to remove when your done welding. The handle is also removable.

For it's size, the magnet is weak.

Must have for fluxcore welding

Worth every penny, we got about 4 of them to put on each of the welders and the shop guys are thrilled with them. Handle works great to seperate it from the piece of steel or any other material they have it grounding to. Save your money and buy these

spring doesn't push hard enough so it sits kinda lose and will arc a lot damaging both the ground and whatever it's attached to. went back to a regular clamp. the magnet itself is pretty good tho so i've put it to use for other things
