We recently finished a backyard renovation project and wanted a quality grill to finish off the space. After much research, I settled on this model from Napoleon and am overall very satisfied with the product. We did have a natural gas line already plumbed outside, but did need a professional to complete the connection process. We have had the grill for about a month and have used is 2-3 times a week with excellent results every time!PROS:- made in North America and shipped in sustainable packaging- awesome looking grill, with high quality 304 stainless steel throughout- feels heavy and very sturdy- color-changing lights are completely superfluous but really cool and probably the thing I get the most compliments about- built in cutting board is a nice touch- ignition system is the best I have seen- we really enjoy the rotisserie basket accessory....great for doing vegetables!! Rotisserie motor is high quality- great service and a few extra goodies from sellerCONS:- assembly is a bear...it took two of us the better part of a day to get it together; the instructions aren’t very clear and the video makes it look a lot simpler than it was in actuality; make sure you have a good set of tools including socket wrench- ours was missing the slide out propane tank drawer; not a big deal since this is a natural gas model- slightly uneven cooking temperatures across the surface, including on the infrared side burner; not a huge deal for me as I don’t cook a lot of food at once but could be an issue if you’re cooking for an armyOverall very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy again! I think it’s a good value for the money at this price point, which the bells and whistles certainly justify. Thanks amazon and Napoleon!!

I purchased this grill on recommendation of a Weber summit grill owner. I wanted a grill with rotisserie back burner which requires the Summit line of Weber. The Weber owner said he thought the Napoleon Pro is a better grill in the same price range, so I followed his advice. I will keep it on a back patio, so the 15 year/lifetime warranty appealed to me as well some video reviews by resellers.The assembly instructions are only useful if you also watch some on line videos for assembly. It took me about 6 hours to do, not including breaks, on a very hot day. The burners come already installed and tuned, so the assembly is mostly mechanical and a little bit electrical. The local suppliers had no stock, so I ordered the grill and had it delivered. Decided to put it together myself out of curiosity about how it is built.I have used it just 4 times so far and it fires right up and heats up quickly. I have the natural gas version. You do need an electrical connection to use the lighting and ignition features. This is no issue for me since I need to be near the natural gas supply anyway. If you have the propane model and want to use it away from an electrical source, you need to use matches or a sparker.

This is my second Napoleon BBQ. The most significant and moronic feature is the rotisserie motor installation. The motor sticks out so that the cover for the storage compartment on the right side of the BBQ cannot be opened or closed when the motor is installed. What makes this even worse is that the motor has spacers installed which if removed would allow the motor to be installed without hindering the compartment cover. The spacers cannot be removed because the rotisserie rod will not be attached to the motor. Don't buy.

I received my boxed grill Last Friday evening. I spent an hour assembling the grill. The directions were somewhat confusing at first. The grill came together and the parts fit well and the grill is very solid. The wheels small but function well.I was excited to use the sizzle one and picked up some ribeye steaks. I followed the two minute per side directions and the results were a perfect sear, I wanted a medium and the grill did not disappoint. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The taste was great, my wife said it was the best tasting steak. I can't wait to get more experience and expand my grilling experience.

If buy this grill you will love the way it cooks and its impressive look on the patio. The only dislike is the wheels which will bind the base of the grill and make the doors on the base uneven. Once I figured that out I saw that napoleon was offering upgraded casters. I tried to warranty it but they did charge me for them. The upgraded wheels fixed the problem. Should be a recall.

Before buying I did a lot of research on comparable grills. I love the features of this grill. They surpass the nearest competitor by far. Areas that I like in particular: the outside searing burner, the inside rotisserie burner, the cooking grates and the lighting.Dislike: only one... the assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. I watched the assembly video several times before the grill arrived but it was still difficult to assemble. The instructions are all illustrations with no words or explanations. Napoleon should definitely consider a change here.I bought the rotisserie basket and am excited about using it for wings, fries, veggies, etc.I probably will review the grill again later after using it more, but for now I give it 5 stars.

Great bbq with nice lights for night use. The directions are awful with no language just pictures. Could not have put it together without you tube.

I love the design. I will give to 2 stars for the wheels because it's so smal. It took me approx 6 hours to assemble with the help of my cousin. Easy to assemble. However, it comes with 3/8 - 1/2 coupling and 1/2 hose. So, I had to replaced both of them because my Natural gas outlet is 3/8. I ordered 36' hose in amazon, its way more cheaper than home depot. Oh one more thing, some screws were missing so I had to buy them from home depot and there is wire connector that is slightly broken but still working. I think it happend during transport because packaging was broken upon delivery. Cheap packaging for this pricey bbq grill.
