What a great little stool / stand. I have it under my TV table (I use a coffee table) and it's the perfect size for my cable box. The cable box no longer awkwardly sits in front of the TV, where it didn't really fit. The stool is well-made, sturdy, and easy to put together with the hex key that comes with it. Now, you made need to use a little muscle on some of the screws, but it's not too bad. I did not find any rough edges and the finish was even all around. This item would look good and function in a variety of situations and decors. Even though it is described as a step stool it makes a great little stand. I could see someone using it in a store or booth to put merchandise on for display.

Perfect as a foot stool under my computer desk. My granddaughter used it to stand on to reach the counter in the kitchen, but it is small—8” deep x 14” wide x 7” high, so limited usage. Would be a good bench for a toddler. Has padded legs to keep from skidding or scratching floor. Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Quite attractive. Sustainable plant-based materials. Simple. A-plus.

Whether you use it for a toilet stool (for your feet) or as shower/tub stool, this stool is very sturdy, strong, & stable! It does a great job for everything I’ve used it for (even reaching the top shelf of my cabinet in the bathroom). It was easy to assemble & so light weight! Since it’s wood, it is very attractive & can be used in any room of the house. So glad I made the purchase.

The stool was pretty easy to put together and looks nice. I got it to use in my infrared sauna but have doubts about the shiny finish since it will be so close to the heat source. Even though the description said it was non-toxic I will probably use this under my computer desk and look for another item that is untreated for the sauna. Overall it's a little pricey but a quality footstool.

This is an excellent stool. Good looking. A snap to put the legs onto the ends with the four screws provided and the tool to use to turn the screws. A child could assemble it. Really nice wood and has a beautiful finish. A bit of a classy kids' stool - none of that baby-ish pap - and looks good anywhere in any room as a stand for a plant, for a stack of books, or as a footstool.

I ordered 2 of these and just finished assembling. Very simple instructions, everything fit together perfectly and easy to put together. However, the site gives measurements of 14D, 8.5W, 7H. The actual size is 11.75D, 8W, 8.25H. For our use, that difference doesn't matter, but if you have need for a precise fit, be aware of this.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This little step stool is sturdy. It’s perfect for what I wanted which was an in shower shelf to put my xl shower gel bottles on. It looks classy and I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to let my grandson use it as a step stool to reach the sink. In fact, I like it so much I may just order another just for that purpose. I like it. I am satisfied. I didn’t expect it to hold my 150lbs —there are other things out there for that. It does what it is supposed to and it’s easy to assemble and I’m super happy with it.

The one I received is 8 1/4" high, not 7" as shown in the picture. (This is why we have saws!)

I’m disappointed for the price I paid, I would not have purchased this stool. It does not match the picture or the dimensions provided. It’s also got a slight wobble, one leg is a smidge short.Safe to assume the stool you are buying is going to be just under 11.5 inches wide.
