Tip to prolong use of this product at the end of this review.I've purchased this NYX Can't Stop Won't Stop Full Coverage Foundation many times. I have fair skin and find that the shade Alabaster works well for me as it isn't too dark or orange but also doesn't white wash me out either. I find that in some cosmetic brands the lightest foundation is still a bit too dark for me or just not the right shade. I believe this brand offers a few good options for fair-skinned people, it may just take some testing to find the best one.I like that this foundation is vegan and cruelty-free. I also like that there isn't any strong scent with it because I don't like using cosmetics that have much smell to them.This foundation offers good coverage and is buildable. I apply it with a damp real techniques foundation sponge by tapping it into my skin and it applies very evenly, easily and quickly like that. I wear it on top of a lightweight SPF moisturizer (Eucerin) and a primer (ELF luminous putty primer) and it works well over those. I then set with a powder (ELF halo glow). I don't find the finish of this foundation to be too matte/drying, but not greasy either. It feels comfortable over my moisturizer and primer and doesn't ever feel too built up.TIP: When you use up most of it and not much or nothing comes out of the pump anymore, you can still get several uses out of the bottle if you just twist the lid so that it is no longer aligned with the bottle (you can do this with lid on or off) and then pretty much just force it off by pulling/bending the top and the bottle away from each other until it pops off. If this is too hard to do by hand you can also use pliers or something, but I've been able to do it by hand. Just be careful and maybe do it in your sink so if it pops off suddenly you don't get makeup flinging anywhere. I've gotten used to doing it in a way where that isn't a problem but until you've done it a few times. I then just turn the bottle upside down and shake the product down onto my finger (or whatever you want to pour it on) and apply, then repeat as much as needed. NOTE: I recommend popping the lid back on for storage so that the makeup doesn't dry out inside between uses and you get all you can out of it. To me it isn't difficult to remove every time until it's gone.

This foundation is the replacement of the L'Oreal Infallible Pro Matte foundation with the black cap, L'Oreal reformulated the pro matte and changed it to a more matte dry thick foundation with the red cap. It took me 4 years to find a replacement and I finally found out that this has the exact same ingredients as the pro matte infallible! This is the best foundation in the world, I have tried everything, from super expensive foundation like Chanel, Cle de Peau, Dior etc to other drug store and nothing will ever come close to this. It’s very thin with amazing coverage, it lasts all day, doesn’t settle in your fine lines, looks like skin, doesn’t show pores, stays matte all day, blends well, doesn’t dry your skin, and makes your face look flawless. I hope they never discontinue this product. Make sure you do not use a greasy moisturizer underneath, I use the Neutrogena gel moisturizer and for powder I use the Clinique double face powder. Been using this combination for 17 years and I always get tons of compliments and asked what I use lol.

My foundation goals: good coverage/not looking like a mask but not sheer either and longevity. I have gone through a TON of foundations in the past including really expensive ones. A lot of them are great - nice overage and they make skin look amazing. That’s all great. However, most of them do NOT last. They just don’t. They look great for a bit, a few hours maybe. Then they get shiny or greasy or shift or whatever. For then on our they have to constantly be touched up. I hate that. Don’t you?! I want my foundation to last. I am ok touching it up a little maybe after 6-8 hours but I really just want to put it on and set it with powder and not think about it all day. This is it. Seriously. I matched my color well - lucky. And put it on crossing my fingers and it lasted all day. Outdoors in the heat at that. Touched up a little bit later on after about 8 hours max geeay again. So recommend!

I used to use Revlon Colorstay foundation for years, but I feel like the coverage isn't as good as it used to be...so I was trying this as a new regular everyday foundation that was long-wear. The first experience using it was actually really good...it does seem to have better coverage and I feel like it does last a long time. However, that's until you use maybe 3/4 of the bottle. Then, you can no longer get product out! For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to get the lid with the squeeze top off to get into the bottle. I kid you not - I had to google it and watch YouTube videos. Let's be honest, should there be a NEED for YouTube videos on getting the top of a brand of makeup? Clearly I'm not the only one who had the issue, because there were several videos about it. So here's what to expect. You'll need to use something like a strong metal butterknife to wedge the top off. It will fly off and a piece of the top will break and you will fling foundation onto the wall of your bathroom. The crazy part is that it's not like this effort is just to reward yourself with the last scrape of makeup left in the bottle. I continued to use it for WEEKS like this, where I dip the top (which has a tube sticking down) into the liquid in the bottle and get it out. So shame on NYX. Either they have terrible testing and design of their packages, or they want you to waste at least a 1/4 of the bottle thinking it's done and hope you throw it away and buy a new one. Either way - pretty poor for a decent quality brand. If you're going to buy this, be warned!

I bought the Medium Olive and received it yesterday.It was the nearest to my own skin color that I could see on the chart, but it is actually a shade too light.I put it on with the correct flat Foundation Brush.The foundation went on SO flawlessly with no streaking,It feels like I am not wearing any makeup at all, and it has good coverage!I love the fact that it is cruelty-free and as natural as possible.UPDATE : After I wore it for a few hours...I have never had this happen with a foundation before, but the skin around my mouth began peeling off!I had to clean off this foundation to get the peeling off. I then did a facial to restore my skin back to flawless again...with my own aromatic non-toxic Biblical skincare products, which I created and have used for decades!NOTE #1: I tried the foundation again the next day, using only a very small amount, just to see if this would happen again. Unfortunately it did. Very disappointing.NOTE #2: FYI ..I have worn just about every kind of foundation without reaction..thick Stage makeup for live Performances; all the "El Cheapos" from the age of 10; Paris makeup for a famous mega French company I trained with & worked for decades ago etc.NOTE #3: This is only MY experience with a foundation, so that is what I am stating here. If it works well for others that is good.NOTE #4 : FYI I am a professional Aromatics Compounder for Biblical Healing Skincare and Perfumes.NOTE #5: To the company NYX...this Foundation is basically SYNTHETIC, with a few products included to make it "vegan", which simply means that it does not contain animal products. Please consider reformulating this product to make it Natural and Safe for all women.Thank you for your consideration in this matter!

Tengo varias brochas para aplicar base pero definitivamente ésta es mi favorita, distribuye super bien el producto sin dejar rayas o marcas sobre la base, es suave y la forma biselada permite aplicar el maquillaje de manera uniforme en zonas como las aletas de la nariz. Excelente brocha, la recomiendo al 100%

I’ve been buying the product from Amazon for a few years and still have the same problem the pump stops working after a while. I’ve purchased it from Shoppers Drug Mart and have the same problem but great coverage

Me ha agradado más que otras bases que he usado. Ciertamente tiene buena cobertura. No sabía que tono pedir, así que fui a un Liverpool (ahí la venden y tienen probadores) les dije que era la primera vez que iba a comprar esa marca y que requería ayuda para escoger el tono. Me probé varios, en distintas partes de la cara, recordando cuales eran los tonos que me ponían. Luego me escabullí para pedirla por aquí, es la segunda vez que la compro y me ha salido más barata por aquí que en otros lugares. Vi un review de la base antes de usarla. Y claramente dicen que DEBE AGITARSE ANTES DE USARSE (por lo menos la primera vez que se usa) si hicieran esto, verían que:1. No sale tan líquida, que es una de las muchas quejas que ponen las personas que califican el producto tachándolo de copia.2. El color sería el adecuado, ya que también leí en otros comentarios que según es muy amarilla. Ciertamente el subtono de esta base es neutro, no amarillo.Ocupé antes de Nyx la Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage Fundation y la Fit Me en tono 220 y la de Nyx me gusta mucho más que ambas, ya que deja un acabado como terciopelo y sale mucho menos Brillo y grasa al paso de las horas
