Excellent product for Ground Coffee/Espresso
Fantastic coffee maker just perfect for my use as I prefer a large cup of black coffee. My earlier coffee maker was quite small and does not make a large cup in one go. Using this one you can make actually 2 large cups or 4 small cups at a time. It works perfectly and makes the coffee just right. Please note this is for ground coffee only and not for instant coffee. The good thing is that the filter is also permanent. So apparently no need to replace.Considering the price and quality I'll give 5 star

Poor
Awful finish with too many sharp edges.The glass jar gets stuck to the apparatus and it is a chore to remove and install itAmazon should be a little mindful in selling substandard products

Perfect Small Coffee Maker .
A good product from Baltra Austin BCM-105 to enable you to make coffee at home conveniently. It's very simple to use, and hardly takes upto 10 minutes of your busy schedule. It only gives you black filter coffee though, milk and sugar need to be added separately .

Product, Service - Not Good
The machine was working Okay for a few months and then the Glass Jar developed a crack, didnt fall or anything. The Filter (white one inside) also developed a Hole with particles seeping down. I tried to contact the company Customer Service thru email and phone. They said they will get it done, but no feedback for over a month. Seems they arent interested in after sales service etc. The Glass Jar will invariably break for one or other reason. The Filter is also don't look made for long last. So this should be a use and throw product for a few months at best.rgds,
