Prince of Sleep 75508-2-4 Fleece Robe/Robes for Boys

This robe has flame retardants, which are terrible for growing children. I rated it one star because the seller does not advise that these chemicals are included. We would not have purchased it had they noted it, as almost every other seller does. It was only when we read the tags after we bought it that we learned it had these chemicals.

I bought this for my son after trying to find one in the stores and failed. He LOVES it!! It's super soft and a good quality fabric. It keeps him warm and away from my robe. :) So far it's a winner at a great price. The hood and pockets are added benefits. I purchased a larger size to last him a few years. A little bit of sleeve rolling and voila!!! I also purchased a smaller size with a different design for my younger son.

My son wears this everyday when he’s at home! He loves it! We bought this because it looked soft and comforting as well as warm. Our son who is autistic and has issues with clothing textures and how it feels against his skin approves of this!!!

Returned before use. Product has flame retardant fabric... aka chemicals for your kid to absorb and breath. They don’t coat adult robes in it why for kids? Are children spontaneously combusting more than adults and I haven’t been aware of it?! Stop poisoning kids. And update listings to tell people when you ad poison to their clothing.

Really super soft and my son loves the race car pattern, but who ships out a garmet with a huge hole in it? Not stitched well at the seems. Came with a large hole where the arm attaches.

Despite the fact it fit a bit smaller than expected, the material is fluffy and soft. Perfect weight. My 9-year-old loved it to cozy into after his shower and ended up sleeping in it the first night! The hood was a HUGE hit too!

This is a great robe. It fits my son perfectly, he is 7. He loves it so much he sleeps in it now. The fabric is not super-thick, it is a thinner fleece, but still plenty warm. We've washed it twice with no issues. I ordered both the blue background with cars, and the red background with dinosaurs, and I will say that the dino print seemed much lower quality, somehow. You could see the original color of the fleece under the printed colors when it was folded, and the edges were less distinct.

When received there was a hole in the hood. I would have returned it, but he wanted to keep it and said it was okay about the hole. He wasn't going to be using the hood anyway.
