Compared to less expensive competitors this one is easier to put on, is more comfortable, and has much better absorbency. Also it provides protection front and back. The extra cost is about 50 cents per item...well worth it to me.

This product is well made, absorbant and affordable.

We've tried 'em all. Briefs, pull-ups, extra liners, every brand on the market. Even the NASA ones that astronaut wore when she drove to Florida. After untold trial and error, these are the clear winner. Mom (age 90) can put them on herself when she gets ready for bed. Soft, comfortable, and no leaks. Her caregivers still stop by to make sure she's tucked in for the night...and to raid the epic chocolate stash she keeps for them, lol.My only complaint is that I can't get these on Subscribe and Save. Seller, would you please consider making this available? Also, my last order had several pull ups that were missing the innards, leaving just the elastic underwear structure. At about a buck a pop, this adds up.

For the average person with incontinence issues, these will probably be the answer to your prayers. While the person I'm taking care of is in no way average, it should be known that we add booster pads to try and help contain the problem.Behavior issues are the biggest problem, so a complete void any time of the day is a trial. At night, when the person is completely relaxed, That's when the full void takes place. Every night. Without fail. One pull up does not do the trick here. But neither does this overnight pull up take care of things all by itself and I don't think there's anything on the market to date that can. You know those bed pads (Chucks) that really do keep the bed dry, are disposable and hold an amazing amount of liquid without getting heavy? That's what they should be making overnight pull ups out of. But that's not a choice, so Tranquility is the next best thing.My person walks so the diapers, which are suppose to be better, more absorbent, are out. We've been told by doctors that for our purposes, don't go back to diapers. It has to do with psycological issues.We use two pull ups, one being the overnight and two boosters. This keeps the person's bed cloths relatively dry, but not completely. But by far, it's better than without all that protection. Otherwise without, bed cloths are wet, bed is wet and that is unacceptable.So while this isn't a perfect product, I will say it is excellent. Mostly because it really does help with the absorption needed to make the night time a lot less soggy.

These pullups are the best of everything we've tried and we've tried several other brands. Our family member can normally go overnight without them leaking. Great Product!

These adult diapers are wonderful. They are ample enough in size to fit my larger than life size, and they do not leak. They even have a space marked on them that is extra absorbent. At night I pair the diapers with the same brand of “booster pads” which makes for a confident and restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend these adult diapers.

My husband has a neobladder, and leakage ... especially during sleep, can be a problem. He tried the "big" name brand disposables and didn't like those, tried a big box store brand, didn't like those. Finally we tried Tranquility and he loves the fit and the absorbency! We ordered the smaller pack at first, just to see if they would work and found a keeper! Just ordered our first 72 count shipment and it arrived quickly, without any embarrassing verbiage/words or indication of what was inside the box (very discreet) Great product and professional, quick seller!
