I have a cat that doesn't have great aim, and tends to over-shoot the entrance of the litter box. I had been using regular disposable pee pads, and while they are effective, they are unsightly, inconvenient, and incredibly difficult to vacuum. So, I bought this as a more attractive alternative. Problems solved. We've only had one pee incident since I bought this, but it worked beautifully. It was super absorbent, nothing leaked off of it, it went right through the laundry and came out like new. It also helps reduce litter tracking, and for daily litter box cleaning, it is easy to vacuum dry litter off of it. Since it came in a 2-pack, I was going to keep the second one as a back-up, but since it's so easy to fast and easy to clean, i decided to find another application for the it. I also have a large Great Dane that makes a big drooly mess around his food and water bowls. I had been using old bath towels, which again, worked fine, but were really unattractive. I now use this mat, and again, it is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I love it! The messes are taken care of, and the house is now more organized and cohesive instead of a hodge podge of repurposed materials. These are great! Our puppy thinks potty pads are toys, so we have had more shredded than used. These are well built and much nicer than the disposable ones. We have had them in her crate with her a d she doesn't try to shred them, and potty clean up is much easier when she has an accident.

The best reusable pads purchased yet! Craftsmanship and quality are top notch! Triple layer absorbency/impermeable strategy comparable to others. Decoratively neutral (no tacky doggie pattern) But what makes these pads unique is their easy to clean top layer. My two Darlings croquettes do not stick on the surface like pads ordered prior! This allows one to maintain a better level of hygiene around the apartment. Cannot wait to train puppies to do potty outside! Unfortunately, only ordered the smaller size. Placing another order for the larger ones! So impressed by their practicality that deserves my time to mention this to other pet owners! Cheers!

I live on a third floor walkup and i have a toy poodle who has a tiny bladder. Pottying exclusively outside just was not an option for us. These mats are less ugly than the white disposable ones and better for the environment. They grip the bottom of the hardwood floor or even on carpet. The pad stays in place. I leave one out for my dog for one day before picking it up and putting it in a plastic bag before I have multiple dirty pads to wash. I usually wash 4-6 pads at a time with sanitizing detergent and then hang them up with the pee-side down. I find that when you hang them pee side up to dry them, they don't dry since the waterproofing is located on the bottom of the mat where the grips are. The smallest size is perfect for my dog and I would recommend getting at least 6 mats total to keep on rotation for a tiny dog that regularly tinkles inside. I've washed them about once a week for two and a half years before they started to deform and had to replace them. I wish that I could just buy the brown pack since the gray tends to show stains more easily.

These are the best washable training pads that we have found. We have an indoor rabbit with a neurological issue that makes his balance poor, so he can't jump in and out of a litter box like normal. It took us a long time to find a setup that works for him and trying many different brands of training pads, both washable and disposable. These are the best washable ones that we have found and have reordered them 5 or 6 times. They absorb a ton of liquid and rinse out easily before going into the wash, and they stand up to many washings. They still work even though our bunny thinks it's fun to chew holes in them.

These pads are just okay. They are absolutely not non-slip, despite having grips on the bottom of them. They move all over the crate and constantly fold / crumple up. I bought another brand (Gorilla) single pad that was much more expensive but that I VERY much prefer to these; however, when that one is in the wash, these are a somewhat acceptable backup option barely above just throwing a blanket in there. I wouldn't buy them again, and don't really recommend them if your dog is even minimally mobile within their crate.
