Awful taste
Although this psyllium husk product tastes awful and is an ugly brownish/grey color (because it is all natural, no sweeteners or artificial colors added) it works well and you can use less than the popular brand because of the lack of sweeteners and dyes.

High quality and affordable
The amount that you get for the price is a steal. I usually use this in protein shakes to add fiber but have tried it with water too. It never tastes bad, but I hear it does if you let it sit in the water for too long.

Works GREAT, texture/taste NOT SO GREAT
Psyllium husk is amazing, my bowels are happy, my mouth isn't, unfortunately. It really work, but DO NOT just use water to drink it. The texture makes me gag, as it does turn gelatinous with rougher, sandpaper-y residue.I'd give this 5 stars for how well it works (if you use it DAILY), -1 star for texture/taste. I'm going to take another reviewer's suggestion and mix with V8 or something heavier to see how that works

Handshaker-Not worthy for that intent.
The product is what it is, egg protein. It’s best as a cooking egg product to me miked into baking. It’s great for that!It is not worthy of putting into shakes one would hand shake with a bottle shaker.It does not break down in handheld shake devices with agitators. This is the common shake bottle protein users take on the go.It stays clumpy like cottage cheese. It also is very frothy like it has a foaming agent in it. I’m not saying that it does but once you’re done shaking to the point, you can finally break down the particles unless you want to drink them in chunks, you have leftover foam residual and floating proteins product within it.

Not all Psyllium Husk are created equal
Does not work for me, have had better results with other brands. Taste is fine, mixes well, I thought maybe the serving size was low so I have doubled and tripled but do not get the same results as I do with other brands.

It works very fast
This brand of psyllium husk is quite Superior I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to have better Digestive health after only 2 days of using it twice a day when I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed it's excellent some people say that it tastes bad that might be true but I mix mine and orange juice you cannot taste it at all but the benefits are outstanding I will just say I use a lot less toilet paper now LOL everything comes out clean and no smell so take that for what it's worth and do yourself a favor and buy this stuff..
