This is a great table and chair set for a small area. Our condo does not have a dining room. We carefully reviewed all the small tables and chairs available on Amazon and other sites. This was a great value! The two drop leaves make the table foot print quite small. Solid wood not manufactured wood products!Delivery - we received the 6 boxes about a week BEFORE we expected them! All of the boxes (except one) came in great condition. The one that was slightly damaged was only damaged on the outside. The items inside were very carefully wrapped and packed.Directions were clear and tools were included - HOWEVER - do not bother with that little wrench item that comes with the table...use a socket wrench instead ( the little wrench was really a joke). After the first chair - which took about 25 minutes - things went fairly smoothly. Total assembly time less than 2 hours (including unpacking). A second pair of hands is helpful. Make sure you assemble on a RUG or BLANKET so that you do not accidentally damage the face parts of the chairs.The chairs are VERY STABLE! This company has a number of chairs that go with this awesome table. we chose the one pictured and love it. It is 2-4 inches taller at the back than some of the other designs. Just make sure you are correct with the height you want. These chair ( like in the picture) are quite a bit taller than the table). We like that and the geometric design of the back. the height of the chair back makes for better surface for toddler (with or without booster seat). We use 2 of the chairs with an older (early 1900's) drop leaf. These chair backs tower over the older table. by about 8-10 inches. We love the look, but you may not. We used the chairs with this older table for a family gathering and everyone was happy with the stability of the chairs.Finish: We chose the Black and "cherry" stain. We have an assortment of woods in our home and this helps it blend in. The table legs are black as are the legs of chairs and chair backs. The wood grain is beautiful on the seats and table top- a set in one finish would be beautiful if you were not trying to blend with different woods. These hard woods come from Vietnam. The grain is very small and the finish was awesome on all pieces.Very happy with this "Dublin" table and our "Nicoli" chairs in black and cherry.

The media could not be loaded.  We're a small family of 3. I'm the heaviest, and I weight 190 lbs.The first chair failed only after 6 months. The vendor - after some hesitation ("It's out of warranty") - replaced a frame.The second chair failed in a year. Also, there are two more chairs that are developing the same problem - you can see the video & the photo attached.The table is OK, but the chairs are of a very poor quality. Definitely not recommended.

I read a number of reviews before ordering this product. I am absolutely delighted with this dining set! Even though some reviewers mentioned various problems in assembling the set, I did not have any. Following the instructions precisely, being patient, and taking one’s time seems to all that is needed. The dining set arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was the most meticulous I have ever received. The inside of the boxes were lined with Styrofoam on all sides, and everything was wrapped in plastic and labeled. I highly recommend this set. It is absolutely stunningly beautiful!

This table and chair set is exactly how it is pictured online. It arrived via UPS and came in three boxes. They are heavy, so be forewarned. (The UPS man was not pleased with me.) I agree with other reviewers, use a socket wrench set to put it together, not the small little Allen wrenches that are included with the parts bag. It’s too hard to screw all the screws with a tiny little Allen wrench. Otherwise, the assembly directions are very clear, and all of the parts arrived in little sealed bags along with the wrapped pieces of furniture. It will take you about an hour to get it all put together if you use a socket wrench. Maybe less if you are zippy quick. The furniture is solid, and good to look at. Recommended!

It looks nice. However it was a bit difficult to put together. The directions were not easy to follow. Two of the chairs are perfect the other two are wobbly and no matter how much we move the feet they still wobble. Too much of a pain to take apart to send back. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay and if I had it to do again I would not. But ut does look nice so I gave it three stars

This item worked out great for me-if you have limited space in a kitchen, this dinette is the best solution, and will get you the smallest footprint for a table for four. The one hiccup is on assembly-it is quite difficult to tighten the nuts of the table base legs with the supplied wrench.

I haven't had a kitchen table in over 8 years since I downsized my home. The Table and Chairs were fairly easy to put together. The table can be small or big which works great for our kitchen ... Awesome !!!!

It looks good but this table is diffective. One of the bolt that supposed to go in the pedestal is not going since pedestal doesn’t even have groove in that particular whole. Chairs are hit and miss too. 2 chairs got assembled fine but other two have issues. Bolt is not going smoothly making chair wobbly. Now, I am stuck with this since there is no point paying to return this table.
