Very solid. I was afraid when I purchased that this was going to end up being some cheap plastic 'costume piece', but it's nice wood and solid metal. I'm quite tall as well (6' 3") so I was also afraid it would be too short for me. Turned out to be the perfect length. Now I can scare children when I go to the mall by looking like a supervillain.

I recently broke my leg in a wrestling match and went through the whole surgery, recovery, cast, leg scooter fiasco that goes with such an injury. A few months after my injury I was informed that they were going to hold a tribute show for me and wanted me to be there. I was in a walking boot at this time and was still having problems walking so the idea of a cane was suggested. My first thought of canes were they were for old people and ugly so I went on the search. My wrestling character incorporates skulls so when I found this cane I knew I had to get it.The chrome skull itself has some heft to it which is nice, it kept me balanced and when I got a shooting pain in my leg I was able to alleviate it well by using the cane to ease the weight on my ankle. It took normal wear and tear pretty well with only a few nix and dings in the skull and a couple of scratches in the wood. It held up well, did it's job and looks cool. If you got to break your leg at least you got something to look forward to. I'm going to hang on to it until my twilight years and break it out again when needed. It will last that long.

This is a very elegant sturdy cane both in craftsmanship and overall conceptual design. Very easy on the palm of the hand and is receptive to polishes to keep it looking sharp. Both the head piece, wood shaft and foot are very durable. I would highly recommend this cane. It would be great to have the head piece to be a little larger for a better grip and Balance.

A very nice walking stick that was perfect for my Day of the Dead costume.

I weigh a lot and recently had back surgery, I use it every day,it's comfortable and handles my weight with no problem, good product.

I bought mine for a semi formal party the cane itself deserves at least 3 stars, but the skull doesn't look like the sellers photo. The skull portion is for Trick or Treat for children no adult function I'm returning mine.

Nice, but for a $50 cane (that's now $66) was a little disappointed that the stick is warped.
